Mount Benson, SA – From a small boutique producer, with only 2 employees – hand-picked fruit, 100% barrel fermented; Chardonnay the way it should be.

Tuscany, Italy – Ripe cherries and red plums, with subtle notes of toasted vanilla beans and purple flowers.
On the palate, the wine displays a superbly structured character with bright acidity and a pleasantly savoury finish.

Barossa Valley, SA – Wafting from the glass are heady scents of dark plum, liquorice and blackberry which are melded to vanillin cedar, subtle choc mint and spicy earth notes. Rich, silky and layered with plush dark fruits the medium to full bodied palate marries opulence with refinement.

Mornington Peninsula, VIC – Very intense and precise pinot here with violet-like florals, sappy fresh forest aromas, raspberry, a savoury graphite-like mineral edge and a pure red cherry fruit flavour. The balance is perfect and the wine delivers plenty of value for this reserve single vineyard barrel selected wine.

Verona, Italy – An expansive bouquet, with fresh, positive scents of fruits like blackberries and cherries. This is our Amarone par excellence. On the palate it displays spicy tones that remind one of chocolate and freshly roasted coffee, as well as sweetish vanilla-like notes from its long maturation in wood. It is warm and well–balanced, with gentle tannins and a long finish.
